Refund policy

Nellybernal.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, let us know. We have a 15-day unconditional return/exchange policy.

You may return merchandise INSTORE credit, or E-Gift card refund within 15 days of purchase. No cash/credit card refunds only in-store credit available.

All exchanges and returns are honored within 15 days of purchase.

* Buyer pays all shipping costs. We do not provide return/exchange labels.

  • Returns must be in its original, UNWORN condition, within 15 days of purchase.
  • Please include the reason for the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • com recommends you ship your package with insurance using a trackable shipping method.

Final Sale item

  • Sale or clearance items are Final Sale.
  • All Gift card purchases are Final Sale.
  • Returns are processed within 10 business days after receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation with your INSTORE Credit, or E-Gift Card refund.

International Orders

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange merchandise for a different size, if we have the alternate size available. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please note this on your invoice. It is usually fastest to simply place a new order for the correct size. There is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time of exchange. If items are sold out of unavailable, we will issue you a store credit once we have received your return.

Exchanges are under the same guidelines as returns – they must be within 15 days of the purchase date, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by all original packaging. Exchange shipping costs must be covered by (you) customer. Nellybernal.com does not provide shipping labels for exchanges due to sizing/color changes. After we receive your exchange, we will email you an invoice for $7.99 to cover exchange shipping fee. Buyer covers all exchange shipping fees.
